Goldfish Swim Clubs

Goldfish Swim Clubs (Needham, Braintree and Burlington, MA): CEI completed three different branches of the Goldfish Swim Clubs, an indoor swimming facility, in 2015. Each project required demolition and shoring of the existing structure. Our crew was tasked with saw cutting slabs for the new pool and underground plumbing, as well as all interior excavation. CEI also performed all concrete work including footing and foundation improvements in addition to finished concrete slabs.

May 2014 - August 2014

CEI completed the mechanical demolition of an existing building into new retail space. The project included all saw cutting, trenching and concrete repair for plumbing upgrades.

April 2014 - November 2014

Kenmore Towers - Boston, MA

This unique project required a structural slab with epoxy-coated rebar to support a new swimming pool. The project included all deep exaction, structural concrete work, foundation work, finished concrete slab on deck and significant saw cutting including 24” diameter holes cored through foundation for mechanical piping. The project was challenging due to the location’s tight and congested proximity to Kenmore Sq. and Fenway Park in Boston.
