I’m pretty sure there’s nothing better than kicking off the week with an amazingChicago Blogger Networkevent (especially when it includes champagne, cupcakes and playing dress up). Chicago designer,Lara Miller, invited bloggers into her studio to style her Fall 2012 collection and model our favorite looks. It was tons of fun to pull from racks and racks ofLara’sdesigns and see what other fabulous Chicago bloggers chose for their look. Coolest part? Lara’s favorite looks will be featured in her Fall 2012 lookbook which will be used to sell the collection to retailers.

I was incredibly impressed withLara’seco-friendly, but super stylish designs. Every piece is super versatile and the quality was amazing (you basically never want to take off the knits – SO comfy!).Laraherself was the biggest sweetheart and you could instantly tell how passionate and enthusiastic she is about her work. I can’t wait to see the final photos from my mini photoshoot withBret Gafton(who was SO much fun to work with) – be sure to check back to see my attempts at modeling (which could end up being pretty funny).
