It’s no secret that I’ve got a bit of a sweet tooth. It’s rare that I crave anything salty or savory but it’s basically a mandatory that I end all meals with a bit of something sweet. Pancakes. Cookies. Fruit. Candy. Donuts. I don’t discriminate, I love ’em all, but as soon as the temperatures warm up, there’s one thing that becomes a constant craving… ice cream. It’s basically a staple in my summertime routine – there’s nothin’ better than a big cone on a hot summer evening.
